My name is Isabelle Thompson. I am a junior, and this is my first year on the newspaper staff. I came here by recommendation from a staff member, and while I have so many butterflies in my stomach, I am excited for this class because I can get an idea about a similar environment to the workplace I hope to be able to get in. While not exactly the same job, it is within the entertainment umbrella as well. I know being under Journalistic Composition means that I will mostly be writing in this class, but I hope to do at least a little artistic tasks, as I think I am fairly skilled in the visual arts, and am willing to share it. I hope to do good work with whatever I receive. My free time is spent drawing, reading, and writing. Although I’m pretty tuckered out after school, and spend most of my time doing a lot of nothing. Laying around watching shows and movies, playing games. More video games than board games, but still.
