Makes 1-2 Candies

Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

– 2 tbsp. Granulated Sugar

  4. Pour your mixture onto the prepared baking sheet into 2 even circles. Spray the flat side of your measuring cup or spatula with cooking spray and then lightly press down on the candy till you get to about a ¼-inch thickness.
  5. Before the candy has fully cooled lightly press down on it with your cookie cutter to create your desired shape.
  6. Let it cool and enjoy.

Burger Patties Ingredients:

– 1 ⅓ lb. Ground Beef (80% lean)

– 2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning

– 1 tsp. Black Pepper

– 1 tsp. Sea Salt

– 4 slices Cheddar Cheese

King Neptune’s Poseidon Powder Aioli Ingredients:

– 4 Sesame Seed Buns, sliced in half

– Ketchup and Mustard

– 1 jar Dill Pickle Slices

– 1 Red Onion, sliced

– 4 leaves of Butter Lettuce

Instructions:

  1. Heat a grill pan over medium heat. As it is heating, start combining the ground beef, Old Bay, pepper, and salt.  Form into 4 equally sized patties (about ⅓ lb. apiece) and set them aside. Coat the hot pan with cooking spray and place the patties in the pan.
  2. Cook each side about 4-5 minutes, or till your desired doneness.
  3. Using a star shaped cookie cutter to cut each cheese slice. Place a cheese slice on each burger patty in about the last 30 seconds of cooking so it melts a little. Then, set the burger patties aside.
  4. For the aioli simply stir the mayo and Old Bay together until fully combined.
  5. Finally, assemble the sandwich. Start by spreading the aioli evenly on the bottom of each bun. Add the burger patty and then top it with ketchup, mustard, pickles, onion slices, tomato, and lettuce. Place the top bun on.
  6. Plate it and enjoy.

– Tiana’s Famous Beignets –

A perfect recipe for anyone looking to bring Disney magic to their kitchen.

Makes 16 servings

Time: 36 minutes

Ingredients:

– 2 ¾ cups Flour

– ⅓ cup Sugar

– 2 tsp. Baking Powder

– ½ tsp. Baking Soda

– ½ tsp. Salt

– ½ tsp. Nutmeg

– 1 cup Buttermilk

– ⅓ cup Water

– 1 egg, beaten

– ½ tsp. Vanilla Extract

– Vegetable Oil, for frying

– Confectioners Sugar, for dusting

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the flour with your sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg. Whisk everything together thoroughly and set aside.
  2. In a separate larger bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, water, egg, and vanilla extract. Then, slowly mix in the flour from before until it becomes a dough mixture.
  3. Dust a flat surface with flour and place your dough on it, patting it down to a large ½-inch square. Lightly dust the top of the dough with flour to prevent it from getting too sticky then slice it into 2 ½-inch squares.
  4. Heat 2 inches of Vegetable Oil on the stove until the temperature reaches 325° (a deep-fat thermometer is the best way to check the temperature). Check the temperature every so often and turn the heat down if it starts to get too hot. Make sure to be careful on this step as the hot oil can get dangerous.
  5. Carefully drop the dough squares into the oil 3 at a time. Fry them for 3 minutes, turn them over, and then fry the other side for 3 minutes. Use a slotted spoon or spider strainer to take out the beignets and set them on top of a wire rack covered with paper towels to drain.
  6. Dust the beignets in confectioners sugar, plate them, and finally, enjoy.
